Q: How are your items made?
Is every item identical?
A:
No, items are handcrafted or handmade. This means that I cut out and sew your item up especially for you!
Each item can vary slightly but it does not affect the quality of the item. Patterned material each item varies because of how often the pattern repeats.
Q: Payment from outside of Australia
I am not from Australia, how do I make payment for my items?
A:
Payments from customers outside of Australia is by PayPal. This is a free and secure service.
You can use money in your bank account or pay by credit card. I do note see your account information or credit card details when using PayPal.
Q: Limited Stock Quantity
The stock quantity is limited and I would like more than is available?
A:
Please contact me if you would like more than the quantity available. Most times I should be able to make you more. I only list items that are ready to be sent, to ensure that I never sell you something that I don't have.
Patterns and project sheets are definately limited in quantity. Most times I only have one of them available. This is due to me clearing out items that I no longer use or require.
Q: Registered Post
Can I have my items sent registered post?
A:
Yes, I highly recommend that you pay an extra $2.60 to have your item covered against loss or damage by Australia Post.
Q: Postage is too high
When I proceed through checkout the postage looks too high?
A:
When purchasing project sheets or patterns the postage is automatically calculated as a parcel rate.
I am working on a way to combat this issue but until such time I apologise. Therefore if I find that the postage charged is too much I will send you a refund!
If payment is made by PayPal I will send a refund to your PayPal account. Payments made by Bank Deposit or Australia Post Money order you will receive the refund in your parcel.

International buyers I send item by Australia Post Airmail.

I do not live in Australia but would like to purchase your items?

I am happy to send items all over the world.
Unfortunately, not all my items can be sent around the world!
Any item containing grains or flowers cannot be sent outside of Australia. This is due to quarantine requirements. Examples include wheat bags, spiced trivets and clove bags.

I like a particular item but can you make it in a different colour or size?
A:
Absolutely! Please note that we do not have any shops nearby. If I need to purchase in particular items I will let you know when I next will be in the city or I will arrange (where possible) to have the supplies shipped to me!
